I have examined the accompanying Ordinance intituled

An Ordinance to amend further the Alien Enemies (Winding up)

Ordinance, 1914,

and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to the

Governor'■ Instructions.

The object of this Ordinance is to deal with certain points which have arisen in the course of the liquidations since

amending

the last/Ordinance was passed, and to carry out the instructions of the Secretary of State with regard to trade marks, anâ-disclaimer, and the sale of immovable property.
